Position Overview The Sales Manager at CARE Workforce Solutions is fully responsible for lead generation, relationship nurturing, and closing new client partnerships. This role replaces the Appointment Setter and owns the entire top-of-funnel through signed agreement process. The Sales Manager will conduct cold calls, warm outreach, email campaigns, and follow-ups, convert leads into signed service agreements, and hand off fully onboarded clients to the Program Management team. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach- Conduct high-volume cold calling to private healthcare practices
- Execute email outreach campaigns using CARE-approved messaging
- Nurture inbound and outbound leads through consistent follow-ups
- Maintain a disciplined outreach cadence across assigned territories
Sales Process Ownership- Educate prospects on CARE’s workforce, payroll, HR, and PRN coverage services
- Qualify leads based on business size, staffing needs, and readiness
- Present CARE’s pricing model (PEPM, initiation fees, PRN options)
- Address objections with confidence and professionalism
- Secure signed service agreements and onboarding deposits
Pipeline Management- Track all activity and lead status in CARE’s CRM and shared systems
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline health
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Cross-Functional Handoff- Ensure a clean and complete handoff to Program Managers after contract execution
- Provide onboarding context including client expectations and scope
Commission Structure- 20% commission on PEPM revenue for each closed client
- Performance bonuses for exceeding monthly or quarterly sales targets
- Uncapped earning potential
Requirements- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with healthcare, staffing, payroll, or HR services preferred
- 100 calls and or client communications a week in assigned territory
Success Metrics- Number of new clients closed
- Revenue generated per month
- Conversion rate from lead to signed agreement
- Consistency of pipeline activity
