General PRN Position Overview
PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.
PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentist during procedures and exams
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take dental X-rays and impressions as required
- Support patient comfort and chairside efficiency
- Dental Assistant certification (as required by state)
- Experience in general or specialty dental settings
- Knowledge of infection control and dental software preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Reliable internet and phone access.
